At Freedom Fools, every hat is made to order just for you. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.


🧒 Made-To-Order Products

All Freedom Fools products are custom embroidered upon purchase.
For that reason, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


πŸ“¦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

freedomfoolsusa@outlook.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before ordering.


πŸ’³ Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • An item is confirmed defective or lost in transit

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


πŸ“¬ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
